Our Data Promise

✓We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
✓SSN and bank info are never stored. Those fields are always entered by you on the final form.
✓Your profile stays on your device. Profile data is stored in your browser (localStorage). We only store it server-side if you create an account.
✓Generated PDFs are not stored. PDFs are created on-the-fly and sent directly to your browser. We don't keep copies.
✓Chat conversations are not stored. Your chat with the form assistant is not logged or saved server-side.
✓AI never sees your identity. When using AI drafting, only clinical info (conditions, medications, allergies) is processed. Your name, DOB, SSN, and contact info are never sent to AI.
✓You can delete everything at any time. One click to export your data, one click to delete your account permanently.

AI Features

BeneFill uses AI to help draft form responses. When enabled, limited health information (conditions, medications, allergies) is sent to our AI provider for processing. No identifying information (name, DOB, SSN, address) is ever shared.
